We met the local graffiti artist, Chota 13, who painted most of the murals in the streets and started a school in the infamously violent barrio Comuna 13, Medellin, dedicated to teaching the children of Comuna 13 about art and hip hop dance and keep them out of violence. The once very violent barrio is now full of color and expression.
