Día 114- Cali, Colombia Self proclaimed “Salsa capital of the world” We took a free city tour, ate delicious arepas rellenas, worked on the car… It was a pretty quiet city during the day, but by night it comes ALIVE in the salsa bars. 💃🏽 In Cali, salsa is danced FAST with lots of footwork to old school salsa of La Fania. At the salsa bar, we met some Caleños (Colombias de Cali) who gave us aguadiente and taught us some local slang. When I asked Andrea how many times a week they changó (going out dancing), she smiled and said “eight days a week”. We danced the nights away!
